Fr. Mick Sinnott freed by kidnappers

PAGADIAN CITY-- Irish missionary Michael Sinnott has been freed by his kidnappers on November 12 at 4:00 am.

Lt. Gen. Ben Dolorfino, Western Mindanao Command chief, said Moro Islamic Liberation Front members who were tasked to help free Sinnot turned over the priest to Ambassador Rafael Seguis and chair of the government's Coordinating Committee on the Cessation of Hostilities Maj. Gen, Reynaldo Sealana.

The MILF team turned over the priest to the government officials at around 4:25 a.m. Thursday somewhere in the village of Sangali here.
Dolorfino described Sinnott as "OK."
